We were lucky enough to be invited to join brewmaster/founder Shaun Ebersole, head brewer Garrison Mathis, collaborator/NEIPA maven/Houston Beer Guide writer Larry Koestler (yes THE Larry Koestler) and Boston home brewer and collaborator Rich Wein this past Sunday in the Spindletap brewhouse as they brewed the follow up to Houston Haze, a DIPA version of the NEIPA style which will be known as JUICETON (Houston Haze on roids).
